WHAT IS FORTE ELEMENTS' 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?

We want to make your purchasing experience with Forte Elements as satisfactory as possible.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Forte Elements product you purchased from our website or from one of our authorized sellers, you may email our Customer Service Department at start@forteelements.com.

From there, you can request a refund or a product credit for a purchase from Forte Elements. You must submit your request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

To return or exchange a product that you purchased from Forte Elements or from a healthcare practitioner, please email start@forteelements.com to receive specific instructions on returns and exchanges.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I PURCHASED AND SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?

Forte Elements currently does not accept returns on internationally-shipped products. All international product sales are final.
