WHAT IS OCTO HEALTH’S 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?

If you’re not satisfied for any reason with an Octo Health product you purchased from one of our authorized resellers, simply return it to the place of purchase for your money back, a store credit, or a replacement product.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Octo.Health product you purchased from our website or from one of our authorized sellers and you are not able to reach a satisfactory resolution with the seller, you may call our Customer Service Department at 800-XXX-XXXX. From there, you can request a refund or a product credit for a purchase from Octo Health. You must submit your request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

To return or exchange a product that you purchased from Octo Health or from a healthcare practitioner, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-XXX-XXXX or email start@Octo.Health to receive specific instructions on returns and exchanges.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN OCTO HEALTH PRODUCT THAT IS PAST ITS EXPIRATION DATE?

In general, Octo Health does not refund or exchange products that are past their expiration date. However, if you have a professional wholesale account with us, please contact Octo.Health Customer Service Department for further information.

I BOUGHT ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH IT, AND MY DOCTOR WON’T TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN OPENED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER THAT I RECEIVED THAT I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH?

I AM A HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER AND ONE OF MY PATIENTS RETURNED ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS. CAN I RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR THIS PRODUCT?

Yes. Octo Health will accept a product return or exchange from one of your patients. The best way to do this is to contact Octo Health while the patient is in your office so we can obtain the information we need about why the product was returned.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I PURCHASED AND SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?

Octo Health currently does not accept returns on internationally-shipped products. All international product sales are final.
